Very stylish and comfortable room! The location is amazing right next to the sea. Very pleasant stay and the staff were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful room near the boardwalk

Clean spacious room, lovely help desk, 30 meters from the sea and all the restaurants

upgraded to a room with sea view which is really nice but there wasn't too much of a view because of scaffolding

Great place to stay, good location , breakfast was very good, but make sure you ask for a room with a view

Loverly building, nicely decorated, well located, good facilities, comfy beds, very good breakfast

We got a room with one small window in the top of the room so no views or daylight really, like been in a box, had to walk to another hotel for breakfast but the breakfast was really good, fridge in room was very noisy at night

Would recommend this hotel and definitely book to stay again!

Great location and perfect room size! Had all the amenities you needed and was just an all around great stay. Would easily go back again. Nice view of the old port as well.

Wonderful

The room was good for a night , comfortable.

The only thing we had an issue with is parking, as we arrived late and it was a nightmare to find . Personally i wouldn’t recommend it if you have a car as it’s difficult to find and don’t forget that it’s in the old town and no cars can go in either .

Wonderful

The stuff were amazing and it’s just near the harbour. Our room was over than the pictures . (We were at room 5 Isabella)

It’s a little bit Loud between 10-12 and we wanted to sleep. if you are closing the windows it’s a little bit nicer .

Stayed one night only so it was OK

Great location - beautiful building.

Room very small, big gap under the door so it was noisy with other guests movements. No shutters or drapes so awake really early with light ingress.

I was disappointed to be honest room decor is nice but no window is the down side and no garden or roof garden.. I hope

We liked the location

We don’t like that when we arrived the room didn’t have a WINDOW nothing for a fresh air or a view outside we couldn’t believe it - so I didn’t know when they stayed “ Internal “ it means no window or outside view :( Other hotels in the area has D nice outdoor space with table and two chairs or more so you can sit outside your hotel They didn’t have so we had to go to a nearby hotel to use theirs.

Worth to stay for 2 nights. Just in the port area of ancient town.

Great location, very close to the old port and just in the ancient town. Easy to go around and explore the beautiful place.

The view of room with ocean view is limited. No elevator. Bed mattress needs to be changed.

Amazing stay!

The location was very good in the heart of everything ! The room we booked had amazing view to the harbor ! It was spacious and very clean! The housekeeping staff of the hotel were helpful in keeping the hotel room clean and neat at all times! Outstanding interior architecture !!

No elevator in the hotel! We faced difficulties to bring the suitcases to the room!

Great stay, with some oddities (no deal breakers though)

The location is absolutely fantastic and the bed's are soooo comfy! The staff was also nice and welcoming and the place even smelled very pleasant haha. I really like the style of the rooms, feels like a proper little loft instead of a just a generic hotel room. I can recommend staying here.

Some oddities that aren't deal breakers, but that I'd like to share: - There wasn't a soap tray. Whilst I wouldn't have minded the bar of soap just stay on the side of the sync (albeit causing some wet spots), the cleaning staff persistently put the bar of soap on our personal items (e.g. a can of hair wax or handcreme). This became a bit of an annoyance as of course that would leave soapy residue on our items. Not sure why there just wasn't a 50¢ little bowl put in there. - I'm not sure about this one, but it felt to me that after we used the coffee mugs in the room, those were never cleaned or exchanged. After a couple days of drinking coffee, they became a bit sticky. - Common for hotel rooms to have this, but be aware that power is cut when your remove your key card from the room. This makes it a bit more tedious to charge devices whilst you're underway. - Lastly, the doors, when left open for a longer than a couple second, give off a really loud beeping sound. I understand the reason for this (to alert you if you forgot to close the door completely) but the timer could maybe be set a bit longer. It will beep almost anytime you go in & out, and this was a sound we would hear at night from the hallways sometimes from other rooms.

Wonderful

Everything perfect. No breafast is served at the premises, but this not an issue since too many other places around serve breakfast.

The only issue with the place, is that there is not parking close by.

Nice room close to the Harbour but no service

Spacious room close to the Venetian Harbour

The hotel doesn't provide any service. There is no front desk. No breakfast. Check-in is at another hotel. Bathroom was a bit cramped..

Modern amenities with historic charm in central location with outstanding staff

The room was very modern with all the amenities of a fancy hotel but had all the charm of the old town of Chania. We loved the location, very central to everywhere we wanted to go but also not loud or crowded. Plus the staff were so helpful!

You could hear pigeons or another animal walking on the roof, made me nervous! No elevator, but that’s to be expected with an old building.

Wonderful

The place was clean, location is really nice, people who are working there were nice and helpful

I didn’t like that it was too dark in the room…apartments on the first floor don’t have a view….there is a big house in front, which makes the apartment dark. In my opinion they should not put on the ad only the apartment with the view, which is most probably on the second floor.
